시민권 인터뷰 준비
시민권 접수를 하고 틈틈히 공부를 하였습니다?
ㅎㅎ 사실은 인터뷰 날짜가 10개월 후라 생각하니 공부안하다 인터뷰 날짜가 잡혀서야 공부를 했죠;;

인터뷰 준비
그리고 인터뷰도 요즘은 유튜브에 시뮬레이션이 많이 있어서 인터뷰시 많은 도움이 되었습니다.
n-400 application의 단어와 문장을 잘 듣고 이해할 수 있으시면 인터뷰는 문제가 없을것 입니다.

이 외에도 일상에서는 별로 쓸일이 없는 범죄관련 단어나 평소 그냥 쓰던 단어의 뜻의 설명을 물어보는 경우가 있다하여
자주물어본다는 단어도 공부해 주었습니다.

그런데 대부분이 심사관님과 대화가 막힘없이 잘 진행되면 그냥 빠르게 넘어가는것 같습니다.
저도 인터뷰때는 단어의 뜻이나 질문을 의미가 뭔지 아느냐는 물어보지 않았고, 빠르게 형식적으로 스피드 퀴즈하는 분위기로 인터뷰가 끝났습니다.
그리고 짜투리 시간에 핸드폰앱으로 Quizlet 을 설치하여서 플레쉬카드로 반복학습을 하였습니다.

인터뷰시 필요한 단어
아래는 주요단어나 자주접하지 못하는 단어와 뜻입니다.
1. swear(서약, 맹세) to promise to tell the truth
2. Oath of allegiance(충성맹세) a promise to be royalty to the U.S

시민권 통과한 분들은 별거 아니라고 그냥 한번 쓱 보면 된다 하던데 막상 인터뷰 준비하는 입장에서는 생각보다 외울것도 많고, 확인할것도 많습니다.
